Address on ticket was incorrect!! I booked our Lunch Cruise through Viator (trip advisor owned). I arrived at the meeting point address, only to find this port was for another company's cruise.
I called CityExperiences directly and they couldn't help. They directed me to Trip Advisor customer service who eventually got in contact with the cruise line direct. They confirmed they provided Trip Advisor with incorrect information.
I did receive a refund but the last day of my vacation was ruined.
