Avoid this trip. Terrible food, no service and expensive. The boat was set up with tables along the windows left open and they would not let us move. Many open tables. Expensive drinks not included.

Address on ticket was incorrect!! I booked our Lunch Cruise through Viator (trip advisor owned). I arrived at the meeting point address, only to find this port was for another company's cruise. I called CityExperiences directly and they couldn't help. They directed me to Trip Advisor customer service who eventually got in contact with the cruise line direct. They confirmed they provided Trip Advisor with incorrect information. I did receive a refund but the last day of my vacation was ruined.

Nothing. The food was awful. Not what I expected. The picture when I booked was deceiving as I thought I was sitting outside eating sandwiches as mentioned in the booking. Waitstaff was good, but there were no seats outside.
