NEVER AGAIN will I use Viator. Our stress free day didn't start well! Viator didn't let there 3rd party tour provider we had a booking. So we were let sitting in reception of our resort. After 1.5 hours we called the 3rd party tour provider who confirmed they had no booking for us. Our hotel organised the transport & golf through the original tour provider, we were too late for lunch and the massage which was part of our stress free day. As for the golf course give it a miss until they can bring it back to life...clubhouse closed, so no food available. When we asked for a partial credit from Viator, we were threatened to have a debit collection agency or legal action if we didn't pay... They were already paid, we only wanted a partial credit, which i thought was reasonable...Best part of the day getting back to our resort. Anyway they have lost a customer for LIFE.
