The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Natadola Championship Golf Course is a view to behold in itself. The course is built to blend into its natural surroundings offers the players with a few wide open fairways to tease out the drivers and then narrows as it winds its way into the hills.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

A very beautiful and marvellous golf course in superb condition. We played every day for 16 days and it was a joy. Totally recommend as a must play golf course.

NEVER AGAIN will I use Viator. Our stress free day didn't start well! Viator didn't let there 3rd party tour provider we had a booking. So we were let sitting in reception of our resort. After 1.5 hours we called the 3rd party tour provider who confirmed they had no booking for us. Our hotel organised the transport & golf through the original tour provider, we were too late for lunch and the massage which was part of our stress free day. As for the golf course give it a miss until they can bring it back to life...clubhouse closed, so no food available. When we asked for a partial credit from Viator, we were threatened to have a debit collection agency or legal action if we didn't pay... They were already paid, we only wanted a partial credit, which i thought was reasonable...Best part of the day getting back to our resort. Anyway they have lost a customer for LIFE.

Was really looking forward to a days golfing with my son. Waited at the reception area of our hotel for 1 hour and 15 mins after our pick up time. Nobody came to collect us. Attempts to get a refund have resulted in no action so far, meaning we can’t rebook with someone else before the end of our holiday. Company is more worried about their policies than customer service. Pretty disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this company.
