Terrence drove our group of 8 to & from the airport. So happy we found him online! He was waiting with a sign at bag claim right where he said he would be, helped us with bags, smooth easy drive & wonderful conversation. For the return trip, we confused him by texting from two different numbers - before he figured out it was a duplicate request, and with less than 24 hour notice, he had already found a supplemental driver to take care of us! Ended up clearing up the confusion & only his van picked us up & took us to airport. Very skillfully navigating Mardi Gras traffic like only a local could & got us from French Quarter to the Airport in Luanda Gras rush hour traffic in 50 min. Safe & smooth, and with a smile - can't beat his service! Side note - On the return trip to the airport the Van held 8 full size suitcases, 4 carry-ons and a at least 5 full bead bags, along with 6 ladies. And, despite road closures, he found a way to get to us that we only had to walk less than 1 block!

Terrance was AMAZING. It was about 15 of us and he went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. I've been an agent for a long time and I will definitely be recommending him to all of my clients. He will not leave you disappointed!

Terrance was SO helpful and kind! There was a major accident on the interstate but he was able to take the back roads to get us where we needed to be without sitting in traffic. We were happy to start our vacation with a ride from On The Go Transport LLC
