Terrance was SO helpful and kind! There was a major accident on the interstate but he was able to take the back roads to get us where we needed to be without sitting in traffic. We were happy to start our vacation with a ride from On The Go Transport LLC

Before leaving for New Orleans, i reviewed dozens of transportation choices... and decided to call On The Go Transport... Best choice i ever made!! Terrence was awesome. He was in the airport waiting for us when we arrived. On the way to our hotel, he gave us wonderful tips for places to see and places to eat. He also picked us up a week later to drive us back to the airport... again, on time and very helpful. Will absolutely call him again on our next trip to New Orleans.

Terrence was there to grab us at the airport by happenstance! Because he was so awesome, we gave him our return airport business as well! He took the time to show us a few places to eat and was very open and honest about the areas most frequented!
