Went to the train station they sent me to the Marina gate, they sent me back to the train station who sent me back to the Marina gate. Couldn't make it work with the tour. It is unreasonable to expect a disabled customer to manage this mess. Had to use another company for a special "wheelchair accessible" tour and had to pay extra for an audioguide. Did not accommodate our needs and this tour should be refunded.
