I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Lufthansa Airlines. Due to the sudden passing of my father-in-law, we urgently needed to prepone our tickets. Despite explaining our situation and the urgency, Lufthansa was unaccommodating. They refused to adjust our travel dates and did not offer any refund for the tickets.
In such difficult times, one would hope for a bit of empathy and flexibility from a major airline. Unfortunately, Lufthansa's lack of support added to our stress during an already challenging period. I hope they reconsider their policies to better support customers facing emergencies in the future.
