Our visit to Cacao Planet was more than a tour—it was a journey into the soul of chocolate. Guided by the passionate and knowledgeable Adrián, we explored the history of cacao from its sacred Mesoamerican roots to its modern-day artistry.
We didn’t just observe—we participated. We cracked the beans ourselves, husked them by hand, and watched as they transformed through grinding and mixing into rich, velvety chocolate. Adrián walked us through each step with warmth and insight, making the process feel both ancient and alive.
