If I could leave a minus star I would.
I was booked on for the 13:30 tour and received an email less than 24 hrs before the tour asking me to join the 10am tour. I emailed back explaining that I would still be travelling up to Manchester at 10am - I heard nothing. I sent another email whilst travelling on the train at 10:30am asking for conformation that the 13:30 tour was still going ahead - I received no response.
I waited over 30mins at the departure point - no one turned up and no correspondence - this really impacted our weekend away.
I have requested a full refund, and I am still waiting.
If we had been notified sooner we could have made arrangements for another tour around Manchester, but this could not be arranged as it was almost 2pm when we left the departure point.
Extremely disappointing - can you please refund me asap!
