Today I went on a 2nd walking tour bringing along two friends this time. We had a splendid experience which gave a real feel and love of the city - its vibrancy, history, music, humour and much more. I highly recommend a walking tour with guide Joe.

Nuestro tour con Joe fue increíble. Si bien ya habíamos tenido oportunidad de hacer otros walking tours, nos gustó mucho el toque de música que le dio Joe no solo contando anécdotas sino mostrándonos la música en vivo. Definitivamente el tour con Joe es algo que no pueden perderse en su visita a Manchester!

If I could leave a minus star I would. I was booked on for the 13:30 tour and received an email less than 24 hrs before the tour asking me to join the 10am tour. I emailed back explaining that I would still be travelling up to Manchester at 10am - I heard nothing. I sent another email whilst travelling on the train at 10:30am asking for conformation that the 13:30 tour was still going ahead - I received no response. I waited over 30mins at the departure point - no one turned up and no correspondence - this really impacted our weekend away. I have requested a full refund, and I am still waiting. If we had been notified sooner we could have made arrangements for another tour around Manchester, but this could not be arranged as it was almost 2pm when we left the departure point. Extremely disappointing - can you please refund me asap!
