8-tägiger Ausflug zu den Höhepunkten Italiens ab Rom mit Florenz und Venedig

My wife and I went to Italy on the two week “Tutta l'Italia” vacation, organized by Wingbuddy. The local tour company was Carrani Tours. Sadly, we had to return home after a week for medical reasons, namely my mobility. We have to say, despite the disappointment of having to come home early, we were grateful for the support we received from Carrani and, in particular, our tour guide, Sabrina. To say she ‘took us under her wing’ is an understatement. Seeing my cane, Sabrina immediately approached us to determine the extent of my mobility issue. Wherever we went, she inquired about less taxing ways for us to get to and around our destination. She also arranged taxis for us, along with another guest who had similar issues, to get to destinations where the bus couldn’t go. As if that wasn’t enough, Sabrina made sure we got handicapped rooms, which were so helpful! Constantly, Sabrina would ask us how we were managing and if there was anything more she could do. And we must not forget to mention Luigi, our driver. Not only was he a pro at navigating the somewhat chaotic traffic and getting around several collisions that made the traffic even worse, but he always took the time to assist me, getting on and off he bus. We felt like we were more than tourists. Instead, we felt like a part of the Carrani ‘family’. Thank you Sabrina and Luigi for helping us make the best of a difficult situation. We had a fantastic time while we were there. We’ll be back, and we will certainly look for Carrani – and for you! Also, we hope Wingbuddy will continue to work with Carrani in the future. They make a great pair!

Ausgezeichnete Tour-Organisation. Sachkundig, informativ und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Reiseleiter (Sabrina aus Fantasia) . Würde ich sehr empfehlen.

Dos horas de espera en aeropuerto , hasta que vinieron a recogernos. Hotel San Martin en Roma correcto, quizas poco preparado para el gran volumen de gente en los desayunos, colas largas para café y tostadora. Bus de ruta estrecho e incomodo. Hoter Raffaello en Florencia , le sobran estrellas , ni agua de cortesia , el desayuno con café soluble y sin tostadora para el pan el primer dia , al segundo dia habia cafetera express y tostadora de casa (2 rebanadas ) por tanda , eso grácias al guia , que la reclamó, la habitación correcta. En venecia hotel Tritone correcto simplemente que habia que ducharse por fases ya que en el último piso el agua apenas tenia presión i habia que esperar para aclararse; el hotel era consciente del problema y amablemente nos ofrecieron cambi de habitación cosa que rehusamos. Las comidas y cenas en el tour correctas. Lo mejor , el guia Antonio persona muy profesional , amable, y todo el rato pendiente de todo. Lo que no nos pareció correcto fue "la tarifa de propinas " para chofer i guia , es de muy mal gusto , uno cuando viaja no le sugerien propinas por escrito , es cosa voluntaria. En mi i trabajo no me dan propinas por realizar el mismo.
