One of the worst experiences ever; they take your money offer you guided tours that are a scam ie someone who shows you a square ; meals that are inedible, and hotels for example in venice at least 30 minutes away; their extra tours are 5 times what you would pay on your own; at the end if you have an emergency they dont answer the phone; the pickup driver to airport at least 30 minutes late and drops you at wrong terminal; too many people tour guide could not manage

The trip was fun, there was a lot of walking and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone with mobility issues. There was ample time in all locations and in some places too long . Most of the tour looks at cathedrals and churches so if your not interested in this I wouldn’t recommend it.
We also thought that trips to various places was included but found out we had to pay to do these things eg the gondola ride and trip to Burbano. Also when we went to the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica we thought entry to the Basilica included but found out on the day it wasn’t and we would need to line up after the museum tour and buy the tickets . The lines were very long so this wasn’t an option and the tour finished in the Vatican square and we had to make our own way out of it , not an easy task .
Overall the tour was fun and we did enjoy it but don’t think we would do it again.
