The ride was fine. The driver was great but spoke no English and was late for the pickup. The reason for the late pickup was due to the poor communication process with the software interface. The reservation process did not ask for arrival information and relied on text messages between the vendor and user. The issue was how they framed questions. They asked for ship name and really meant cruise line and ship name. This needs to be corrected. Viator needs to add cruise line and ship arrival information to the reservation process.
