Wanderung zum Sonnenaufgang auf Indian Nose (kollektiv)

We booked this tour in advance. The night before an email was sent clarifying pickup location. Pickup was supposed to be at 0345. We were out front of our Airbnb 10 minutes early. We were still waiting at 0400, so I sent a message to the guide. A man on a motorbike drove past us twice and ended up stopping just after 0400. He said there was an emergency and he would be taking us to the meetup spot. He was unable to state our names or booking reference #. There were no helmets provided and not even room on the bike for the two of us. When asking him further questions, he proceeded to swear at us that he would not be waiting any longer and the group was now going to be late because of us. He said no refund would be provided, as this transportation was set up for us. We ended up calling the guide who was very unprofessional and rude. We were able to get a refund through the Viator website, thankfully. We then booked with another agency in San Pedro, Guate Maya Travel. I would recommend trying another agency.. much smoother!

Beautiful view from the top, but the way up and down was Not a hike but a Race, exhausting and no time for photos or Even a break on the way down.

very good experience overall. we passed many big groups but were in a smaller group with out guide which was nice. our guide could have been a bit more talkative and friendly, he also was in a bit of a rush on the way down. but overall good experience. i would do again. we had hot chocolate and a sweet bread roll at the top (this is the breakfast, don’t be fooled saying it does include breakfast). great views. one recommendation i would have for the company would be to provide headlights and walking sticks. definitely not necessary for them to do so but would be a really nice touch.
