The meal was delicious and walking tour to the market in Ortigia informative. I was somewhat disappointed that it wasn’t the hands-on that we’ve experienced from other cooking classes. It was more of a demonstration. No written directions we’re made available with portions of ingredients used. The items there was only one item that the Chef purchased with us at the market that was used. The ingredients for our menu were already prepared for immediate cooking.
