Sumpfbootfahrt im Everglades Holiday Park

This tour only picks up from 5th collins to 7500 collins. Our hotel was outside that so when I booked this weeks before, they had me input which hotel I was staying at but there was no option for mine so I choose the closest one to me. Few weeks later, I had already forgotten which hotel I picked from there list and about 45 mins before our tour I tried calling the tour company to confirm the “meeting up point” which they have listed as Bayside Marketplace. I was already at Bayside Market place waiting for pick up. I called, they didn’t answer, I waited a few mins, called again. No answer, few min later called again no answer. After 3 calls, I logged on my trip advisor and I messaged with the tour company. Some minutes later I finally got a response. I had asked if the meeting point was bayside market place or not. All the person said was “pick up at hotel” . I asked them which hotel I put on the reservation. No reply! By this time it’s already 12:45 15 mins before pick up. I called them a 4th time and they finally answered. After having to ask them 3 times on the phone they finally told me which hotel I put on the reservation. I quickly got an Uber and went to the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 1:08. 8 mins late! Mind you they knew I was running late and I was coming from bayside marketplace. No call from the driver asking where we were, no call from the operator nothing. They left us. I called the operator again, this time she gave me an attitude, I asked if we can just get the address of where the tour starts we could meet them there. She said she would not give us the address that we had to be on the bus and we missed it. After that call she messaged me with the location I was suppose to meet and saying we were late. I will attach the screenshots. All this to say is be cautious. There instructions are not CLEAR. Meet up point is NOT bayside marketplace. Your meet up and pick up points is on collins. Whether you stay at a hotel there or not. They will not wait a few extra mins for you, they will be rude to you, and you will be on your own with no refund. Don’t recommend this tour, buy from another vender with better service. Advice to the tour company. Remove Bayside Market place from the “meet up” point if it’s not the meet up point.. very confusing. Actually answer the phone when customers paying you money actually call with simple questions. It would be nice if the bus driver reached out to people not at pickup location before driving off to see what’s going on.

Captain Baby Face was an amazing tour guide on the Everglades, he made the entire trip amazing with his bubbly personality. We got to see a range of different wildlife including the famous alligators! He was very sweet and I even got a flower from the Everglades out of it! Amazing, I will definitely come back and would likely request Captain Baby Face. Thanks again!

Kapitän Baby Face hat es absolut umgebracht, er war sehr sachkundig, wir haben so viele Alligatoren und Vögel gesehen, wir konnten auch einige Baby-Alligatoren sehen und halten. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen, es war mit Abstand die beste Tour, die ich je gemacht habe
