I don’t normally write reviews but after the service we received yesterday I feel compelled to, to spare others from having the same experience. We booked our holiday through a travel website and paid extra to have a ‘shared transfer’ due to having had a scary experience with a private transfer previously in Mexico when the driver was falling asleep at the wheel. Our flight was delayed an hour, we arrived at the airport and then had about another hour and a half to go through baggage and security. When we eventually got to get our transfer we were told we were waiting on 2 others and it would be 10-40 mins. In the end we waited there for 1 hour and a half before we were on the mini bus. The two others arrived and we still had to wait as the shuttle obviously was never there in the first place. Notably, another family who had booked a private transfer instead kept being told ‘just another 10minutes’ and had been waiting a long time. They were then asked to go on the same transfer as us but declined as they had specifically booked a private transfer. We had asked a few times whether we could get another transfer as the kids were getting very hot , tired and hungry. We have 2 children and the last time they ate was on the plane at 1pm. We didn’t leave the airport until 5:45pm and our transfer was due to take a further 2hours, meaning they hadn’t eaten for nearly 7hours. We’d also been travelling for 21hours and were extremely tired. We booked this transfer in advance. We paid extra to have a shared shuttle over a private taxi so we should not have had a poorer experience for doing so. I appreciate that there are roadworks taking place which is causing delays but this is totally unacceptable. In future we will book direct with a travel agent such as TUI who offer a coach transfer as part of the booking.

Very disorganized and unprofessional. We organized shuttle service to/from the Cancun airport and a resort for 140+ guests of a wedding. We prepaid for the shuttle service and provided everybody's arrival and departure flight information. For both arrivals and departures we followed their instructions to the letter and in both cases we were told their own instructions they gave us were wrong. The staff was very unhelpful when guests showed up and told several of our guests that there were no shuttles and they should take a cab. Even after fixing some.of their own processes we had cases where the shuttle just didn't show up. No accountability at all for any of these issues, they acted like it was our fault that their instructions were wrong and shuttles didn't show up.
