  • Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

It was a pleasant and wonderful experience as a first timer visiting Egypt. Our whole trip was easy and relaxed with the help of our experienced tour guides. #Farouk, our tour guide in Cairo and Giza, he is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. #Rahim, our amazing driver, who drove us safely in the busy streets of Cairo and Giza. #Mohamed el Khady, our experienced tour guide in Aswan and Luxor, he is knowledgeable, helpful, funny and accommodating Thanks to you guys for making our trip in Egypt as memorable, enjoyable and most of all, it was relaxed. Spent four days on the Nile with my brother which were made extra special and magical by our guide Owf who was excellent! He was with our small group of about 12 people at all times (except when were were asleep :) keeping check and taking care of every little detail with clockwork precision, adequate information and ease. His passion, love and knowledge of Egyptian culture shines through as does his humour while telling stories about the places we visited in his most adorable accent. The food on the boat was also fantastic and the room very comfortable - we were lucky to be on a new boat on its first week of launch. All in all, Owf ensured we left with wonderful, unforgettable memories of the Nile cruise and managed to win every heart in the group!
