IF you book with Go Thor, I suggest you receive a full confirmation as quickly as possible direct from the operator (not just Viator or TripAdvisor) and reconfirm yourself with them directly two or three days again before the actual date.
We booked and confirmed through Viator three weeks in advance for a transfer on Dec 25 for 6 people. We did our best to prepare knowing that it is Christmas. While most operators will contact you at least a day before to review the details of your booking, we did not hear from Go Thor. After sending a WhatsApp message in the morning to confirm details for our afternoon transfer, we received an email from Viator informing us the transfer was cancelled. There was no direct reply to our message or apology, just a passive cancelation through the third party... three hours before our transfer on Christmas. They should be expecting this review as we provided feedback directly to them also... with no reply since they were enjoying their holiday with family, while one of us was searching for a more reliable provider.
