This unique experience can be realized on 2 types of vehicles: ATVs and a Guatemalan Shuttle AKA ¨Pick-Up-Truck¨. First stop is ¨El Cerro de La Cruz¨ at a height of about 5,000 ft. above sea level, this is one of Antigua´s most famous landmarks and attractions where we stop for a great aerial view of colonial Antigua and the villages, volcanoes, and nature located around the valley. Our second stop is ¨Earth Lodge¨ This is an Avocado plantation and ECO-lodge found in the mountain village of El Hato. After visiting this marvelous place we will hop on a pick up truck towards our final stop which is ¨Alta Mira¨. This is a unique eco-park located in one of the highest mountains around Antigua at an elevation of about 7,600 ft. we take a short hike to enjoy more amazing views of the valley and volcanoes with lots of places to take some amazing pictures. Here we take some time to visit the famous “HANDS” spend some time hiking in the woods, bicycle canopy, etc.

    This is a unique eco-park located in one of the highest mountains around Antigua at an elevation of about 7,600 ft. In Alta Mira, we take a short hike to enjoy more amazing views of the valley and volcanoes with lots of places to take some amazing pictures. Here we take some time to visit the famous “HANDS”, spend some time hiking in the woods, bicycle canopy, or take some pictures with the giants located around the park.

    Earth lodge is a avocado plantation, this is another eco friendly place, bar, and restaurant. This has more amazing views of the city, volcanoes, and nature.

    Our last stop in antigua is one of the city's most important landmarks. We stop at the cross for a quick aerial view of the historic center of Antigua before heading back down to the office.

I was hesitant about booking this tour because I’m here on my own this time, but man am I glad I did. Our guide (Daryl) and the other riders on our tour were so fun and made me feel welcome—even though I had never driven an ATV before. Hobbit Tenango is a little corny, but getting there isn’t—and the views from there cannot be beaten. Absolutely amazing day!

It was a spectacular experience, we enjoyed the whole crossing, the views of Antigua, the volcanoes, the beautiful landscape in Hobbitenango and the delicious food. We are really happy with the experience and grateful to all the team and our great guides, at all times they were attentive, helpful, responsible and very attentive to each of the team members, we always felt cared for and protected during our tour. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. Thank you very much Simoon team!!!
