We will start this tour from Wadi Rum village. During this trip, you will visit many natural and historical places. Among others : the Nabatean temple, the Lawrence’s spring, the red sand dunes, prehistorical carvings, Lawrence house, Al Mahma. There you will have lunch and Bedouin tea. After that you will continue to Burdah rock bridge (the biggest bridge in the desert), Um fourth rock bridge which you can climb it, Khazali canyon where you can walk through the canyon for 30 min. Then we will take you to see the unforgettable sunset. Finally, we take you to a privately and isolated place to spend the night, where we will prepare our Bedouin dinner.

You can tailor your Wadi Rum experience to the amount of time you have. You should at least do a day tour so you can see the major sites in the desert. If you have more time you can do an overnight stay for which you have two options – A Bedouin Tent (definitely the more comfortable option) or bivouac camping (which lets you sleep under the stars). Since we had already stayed in the Bedouin Tent, we decided to go with their ‘Bivouac camping’ – ‘Sleep under the Stars’, run by brothers – David, Ahmed and Mohammed. Our guides were phenomeana, it would not have been tha same without them. Entire time there were with us, prepared delicious food, and kept us enteratined till dawn! Professtionally run, everything is on time and supremely patient funny folks. Undoubtedly, the best tour and unforgettable experience. If you have more time, there are other hikes & sites you can also visit. We decided to climb to the highest point in Jordan – Jabal umm al Dami.

Expérience magique avec Ali et son fils! Après avoir profité des sites remarquables du Wadi Rum, nous nous sommes retrouvé autour d’un feu de camp avant d’aller voir le coucher de soleil, puis nous avons passé une jolie nuit dans le calme complet et sous les étoiles du désert. Nous avons été superbement accueillis, Ali cuisine comme un chef et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Si il fait trop froid, une tente est montée pour s’y abriter du vent, mais les couvertures sont bien chaudes pour passer la nuit dans le désert. Foncez! Cette expérience est réellement magique!
