WOW!!! Our class was beyond exquisite!! Ellie was so sweet, and patient!! Our Pici pasta attempts were not so hot. But we muddled through somehow with great wine, and had an incredible meal that we cooked and made OURSELVES!!! I learned how to make an easy Tiramisu I can't wait to try on friends!! The grounds were just as one would imagine a Tuscan Villa and olive trees would look like!! Spectacular views, and one ornery cat! Meow-Meow! DO NOT miss this gem. She even came, picked us up and then left us with a huge to-go bag of all our food!!

We had a terrific cooking class at our villa through Do it in Tuscany!! If I could I would hire the chef for our entire stay!! Everyone was thrilled!!
