There were two couples in our group and we were welcomed warming by Florencia upon arrival in her attractive apartment and wonderful kitchen. We quickly doned aprons and got to work, first making empanada dough and then filling the empanadas. We all appreciated how Flor demonstrated different techniques and then mentored us as we did our pastry work. Flor is an excellent teacher and fun to be with, which made for a great evening. We would all recommend Flor's class as a wonderful introduction to some of Argentina's best foods--empanadas and alfajores.
