At first I was pleased that the tour operator contacted me by email and arranged time for pick up. They gave us a window of 30 min. We came to the spot even earlier, but waited much more time than was expected. We know and understand that sometimes they may be late, so we gave them some more time. Then we called and it appeared that they simply forgot us. And they started the tour without us! It means that they did not check their list, did not count people and did not really care. What they did to fix it? They asked partners (which is another tour operator) to pick us up and take to their tour, which is slightly different tour actually, and which has already started also! So we end up in different tour, didn't see something we wanted to see, but instead saw something we didn't want. And we missed an hour of the tour because we were late! The mood was spoiled. Terrible experience.
