I booked my airport transfer through Expedia. Expedia sent us an email stating that we would be transferring through EL Tours (blue shirt meet and greet). We did not receive a direct email from El Tours confirming any details. Our flight to Aruba was 4/17/25. We found 4 people wearing blue shirts with different company names. We spent 40 minutes trying to find someone wearing a blue shirt with an EL Tours badge to no avail. Until one of the 4 people in blue shirts decided to hold up a sign with my name on it. We were very upset and frustrated with the irresponsibility of the person who met us.
But EL Tours decided to make things even worse for us on our return transfer on 4/23/25. They did not call or email us to confirm the time they would pick us up. I was supposed to call them 24 hours before departure (I found this information on Expedia). I called EL Tours and they told me to meet me in the hotel lobby at 9.50am. The next day we came to the lobby at 9.10am to check out and wait. It was 10am and no one showed up from EL Tours so I called them. El Tours said they didn’t have my name in the system. After a few minutes of explaining, they found us in their system. The woman started yelling at me and said that I didn't showed up for my transfer time at 9.15am, they don’t have car for us. Firstly, why did they come at 9.15am when the guy told me at 9.50am. Secondly, I was in the lobby at that time and no one tried to find us. As a result of my arguments, the woman decided to help us and found a car as soon as possible because we were very delayed for our flight. We got a driver at 10.20am. We almost missed our flight because of this EL Tour. I don't recommend anyone to use this company. it was worst experience.
