  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Our tour guide, Carlos was fantastic!! However, we paid for mud kicking and only rode in dirt for 10 minutes. We rode up the street to a cave and back. No mud at all! It was 14 people in my group and we would've never paid a large sum to ride for 10 minutes. This advertisement is very misleading. I will not be using this company again.

Our tour guide, Richie, was awesome!! He gave us some local history, took the time when I was scared to jump in the water during snorkeling, and was just an all around great guy.
