Fleurieu Food Festival ... Fun afternoon cooking with Anita ... Thankyou. We started with introductions, some drinks and nibbles. Learnt and chatted about Strudels ... then the fun began. Hand mixing the pastry and then stretching it to a paper thin consistency without tearing it, then filling and rolling it, then of course in the oven. We made both sweet and savoury strudels. Once cooked, we sat down and ate the feast with some more wine. Very delicious . My favourite was the spinach and ricotta strudel. Finishing off with the famous Apple Strudel with cream. Well priced and good value. We even received a small Strudel recipe book each to take home. Highly recommended. Thankyou Anita
