We had a private cooking session. Anita was very accommodating with menu changes. The lessons were informative fun with lots of chances to ask questions. At the end we got to eat all the delicious creations and take home the left overs. Highly recommended.

Fleurieu Food Festival ... Fun afternoon cooking with Anita ... Thankyou. We started with introductions, some drinks and nibbles. Learnt and chatted about Strudels ... then the fun began. Hand mixing the pastry and then stretching it to a paper thin consistency without tearing it, then filling and rolling it, then of course in the oven. We made both sweet and savoury strudels. Once cooked, we sat down and ate the feast with some more wine. Very delicious . My favourite was the spinach and ricotta strudel. Finishing off with the famous Apple Strudel with cream. Well priced and good value. We even received a small Strudel recipe book each to take home. Highly recommended. Thankyou Anita
