This was an incredible experience from start to end. Anita was very so warm and welcoming and I was blown away with the number of recipes she had shared during the class. Anita answered any questions we had and we got to learn a mixture between simple and tasty dishes but also ones that had had technique. I was not disappointed and the food came out so beautifully presented and was DELICIOUS! Would definitely recommend this class and I will also be going back again. Not only was everything tasty the class was so much fun! Cannot also wait to cook these recipes for my family!

I thoroughly enjoyed Bread; Everything you Knead to Know with Anita. The way she showed us how to to several different breads will motivate me to try out bread I haven't dared to make until now. The afternoon was nicely rounded up with some food and of course tasting the bread. There was plenty to take home, a lot of impressions, ideas, recipes, some dough a sourdough starter, the experience did not end when we left.
