Fleurieu Food Festival ... Fun afternoon cooking with Anita ... Thankyou. We started with introductions, some drinks and nibbles. Learnt and chatted about Strudels ... then the fun began. Hand mixing the pastry and then stretching it to a paper thin consistency without tearing it, then filling and rolling it, then of course in the oven. We made both sweet and savoury strudels. Once cooked, we sat down and ate the feast with some more wine. Very delicious . My favourite was the spinach and ricotta strudel. Finishing off with the famous Apple Strudel with cream. Well priced and good value. We even received a small Strudel recipe book each to take home. Highly recommended. Thankyou Anita

This was an incredible experience from start to end. Anita was very so warm and welcoming and I was blown away with the number of recipes she had shared during the class. Anita answered any questions we had and we got to learn a mixture between simple and tasty dishes but also ones that had had technique. I was not disappointed and the food came out so beautifully presented and was DELICIOUS! Would definitely recommend this class and I will also be going back again. Not only was everything tasty the class was so much fun! Cannot also wait to cook these recipes for my family!
