The bread making course was fabulous in every way. Anita is extremely professional and welcomed us with a choice of excellent Kimbolton wine home made wafers and cheese. Anita had prepared a comprehensive list of different traditional breads for us to make. The class was hands on, relaxed and so informative not to mention loads of fun. We made our own croissants, pretzels, sour dough, fruit loaf and learned to make the traditional plaited Zopf.
We received so much information and then to top it off our produce was transformed into a tasty luncheon served with more delicious Kimbolton wines. Anita just keeps on giving and I highly recommend her classes. We are certainly thrilled to be offering her classes at Cowrie Retreat Fleurieu Peninsula Luxury Beachfront Accommodation. I’m sure this will be a highlight for our guests.
