    Your guide will share tales of Gaudí’s love affair with his final work, how he considered the project his personal holy mission, and the great personal sacrifices he made to ensure its completion. Sadly, he would not live to see it finished. Such was the complexity of the design that despite taking on the project when he was just 31 years old.  With “skip the line” access you will be whisked past the long entrance lines and straight into the heart of the Basilica. You’ll feel as though you have stepped into an alternate universe. Step through a heavy set of doors covered in hand-carved vines and find yourself beneath rows and rows of tree-like pillars that seem to reach up all the way to the heavens. Construction is famously ongoing and not estimated to be completed until 2026, and witnessing the this work-in-progress make us feel like we're part of history in the making.

  • Please note that the lift is only available to ascend to the top of the tower, for the descent you will have to use the stairs.
  • The visit to the tower is not suitable for people who suffer from vertigo, and for safety reasons, towers are not accessible to children under 6 years old.
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee which of the two Towers will be visited on the day of the tour

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

4 of us booked this tour expecting to hear a fair bit about the amazing architecture, the building of the sagrada, stories of Gaudi and his concept, a bit about the religious aspect, (given it is a basilica), timeliness, historical events that may gave affected the building, who keeps paying etc. How Barcelona's population feels about it etc. We got nothing about any of that. Instead we got 40 minutes of religious interpretations of light through to dark, and representations of time. Other friends told us the audio tour was heaps better. So Roberto did not suit our party (and seemingly a number of others in the group).

Knowledgeable Guide who spoke great english. Provided an excellent narration as we walked through the different parts of church. The inside of Sagrada Familia is stunning.

We had Paula as our tour guide on Oct 30th and she was excellent. A fantastic story teller and knowledgeable about the specific design elements of the Sagrada Familia. She was attentive and a very talented tour guide that was able to insert humor throughout the tour.
