  • As it is a Catholic church, visitors must dress appropriately, is requested for entrance to the Sagrada Familia Basilica. No tank tops, strapless shirts, short shorts or sandals will be accepted. Also Visitors will not be allowed to enter with special clothing to celebrate any sort of festivities.

  • Children under 6 cannot visit the towers (if option selected) and those between 6 and 16 must be accompanied by and adult. Before the entrance to the tower, visitors will have to keep personal belongings inside a locker.
  • At the towers (if option selected), visitors must take the lifts up to the top and walk down. This area is not adapted for visitors with functional diversity or reduced mobility.
  • The Sagrada Familia kindly requests that visitors refrain from wearing or displaying any religious symbols upon entry. Please note that failure to comply may result in denial of entry.

Terrible, don’t waste your money. Your guide ran late and if you speak English they put you with an entire group who doesn’t and you can’t see or hear anything. We had to give our headsets back to guide and finish on our own because she was so slow and late. We were going to miss another tour we had that was 2 hours later. The guide blamed the tour company not her. Another group that started at same time was done within the time they said. Was the worst tour I have ever been on and I will never use Janet tours ever again. I also have lost trust in trip advisor trips now too. This was the second of 5 tours on this trip that we had problems with . The groups are very large and they have no way to see the leader from afar.

Nice organized tour. We met at the park Guelle and then took a taxi to Sagrada Familia. The taxi fare was included. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our guide was rude and not accommodating for my friend who had trouble walking. When asked how we could save her steps by skipping steep steps at Park Guell we were told there was no option but to follow the tour route. We asked if we could get the taxi to Sagrada from the bottom without climbing steps with no handrails and was told no unless we paid separately even though it was included in the ticket. No accommodations for elderly and handicapped. If you can’t accommodate then put restrictions in your descriptions. I’ve been on five great victor tours but this guide was a huge negative for your company.
