You cannot be disappointed. We were taken on our tour by 5 star tours. It was confusing at the start as I couldn’t open final email re I had no wifi and the dock support folks could not help us efficiently. They did their best and found Aaron waiting with our names on his manifest. It was our first viator experience and we were mistakenly expecting a Viator rep waiting at the pier. At the very least a list of names on an arrivals sign would have worked.

This was a fun way to spend the day. Kent and Manuel were great guides. We hiked through a rain forest for 30 minutes to get to the mouth of the cave and then had a lovely, relaxing ride through the caves and down the river. The guides were kind enough to let me pick up my luggage from my hotel on our way back to the meeting point! Saved me money and time getting to Caye Caulker. I highly recommend this tour!

Excellent trip! From pick up at our AirBnB, our guides Kenton and Aaron were knowledgeable and entertaining. I would recommend them and this trip as a must while in Belize
