Sheila the tour guide was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable without going into too much unnecessary detail. Kept the tour punctual and answered all questions. Very well organized. The coach was clean, tidy, and a nice bus driver Dave too, impressively navigated very narrow roadways. Overall an impressive tour. A nice outing from the city to see the English countryside. Would recommend without reservations.

Trip was cancelled at the last minute with no explanation, only the single word “refunded”. So consequently I missed out on a trip I was really looking forward to and since it was cancelled the evening before it was scheduled there was no time to rebook with any other tour. Makes me wonder if I should ever trust you in the future with my vacation plans.
