We are Germán and Karen dancers of Salsa, Bachata and other Latin rhythms. We serve as directors of TuBaile.com ensuring patience and pedagogy in our classes. In addition to dancing, we have been guiding the Bogotá Salsa Tour since 2016 teaching about the history of salsa and the nightlife in our city. During these 3 years of experience we have perfected our technique to help you dance faster than you can imagine, even if you have never taken a class before. They call us the yellow pages of the rumba because we know almost all the places where you dance in Bogotá as well as hundreds of dancers, schools and events.

Our experience with this dance company was very disappointing. From the start, communication with sales advisor Nataly was unclear. After a first call with the director, we still had doubts and requested a new call to clarify them. Instead of responding with the personalized attention they promote so much, Nataly pushed us to close the contract without addressing our concerns and, worse, refused to call us again. Even though we tried to communicate by message, it just stopped responding. Finally, we had to contact the director, Germán, directly, who informed us that they could not provide the service because, according to Nataly, we wanted to see the choreography before paying, something we never requested. In short, they didn’t take the time to really listen to the customer and drew wrong conclusions without even confirming them with us. We are glad to have identified this lack of professionalism and courtesy before making any payment. We do not recommend this service if you are looking for a serious and well managed experience.

During a visit to Bogotá I took three private classes with the instructor Karen. I have zero experience with dancing, but it seemed appropriate to learn some salsa/bachata steps while in Colombia. Karen was an excellent teacher and very professional. Lessons were clearly structured with progression. We would rehearse concepts, and practice new ones. The classes were one of the highlights of my trip, and worth every peso. I strongly recommend TuBaile.
