Musee du Vin et du Negoce, Bordeaux, France In the building of the royal broker Louis XV, discover three centuries of history and prestige of the ‘grands vins de Bordeaux’. The vaulted cellars built in 1720 depict the work of the coopers and the traditional wine aging practices of traders in the nineteenth century. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, lost of interesting history to see, well decorated. The museum was small but a decent amount packed in. The tasting was cozy and fun and the guide was knowledgeable. Tickets were not too much so i would recommend a visit.

Aspect négoce et historique très intéressant, ainsi que l’évolution de l’emballage dans le temps ;
Dégustation très bien animée mais vins de faible intérêt

They did a great job explaining the history of the wine region beginnings in Bordeaux. The museum ticket included a wine tasting and overview of the different regions. That produce wine in Bordeaux. It was interesting to find out that there are restrictions to what kind of grapes go into the Bordeaux wines.
