The tour guide never turned up!! This tour was booked 4 weeks in advanced, Due to pick up at 9:30am , No show , at 10am, I telephoned the contact number 5-6 times before someone answered and said if someone didnt contact you the day before, there is no tour. I explained I have a confirmation of the tour. I given him the details but he said it was too late for him to come and pick us up. I asked if he can do the tour the next day, he said to what's up him and he will be in contact. He never contacted us. I contacted Viator and they couldnt get in touch of him. Wasted a day!!
