We had a lot of fun trying to keep up with Antonio who shared some basic Mozzarella cheese making with us. Also our tour guide was lovely. You could feel that all of them are very proud of their products and you definitively tasted it while trying them! :)

My friend and I had a great time! The lesson on mozzarella and burrata was fun to watch and we enjoyed the tour of the grounds. The lunch was awesome!

We enjoyed this tour. The name of the tour is slightly misleading as the “cheesemaking” part of the experience was really only a few minutes and most of the time involved touring the masseria, seeing the animals & learning the history. Our guide was excellent and we wrapped up the experience with a lovely lunch enjoying products produced at the masseria. While it wasn’t exactly what I expected we enjoyed it.
