The morning we went on our tour, there was a sighting of an Orca in the harbor, so we were pretty sure that we would see him, which we did. Then we went out to a lighthouse with surrounding islands and saw lots of seals and there we were joined by a part of Humpback whales which swam around our boat for a while. The crew was great and it was a cold day so we all took advantage of the extra warm clothing they had. We had both a tour guide and a naturalist on board who are both very knowledgeable. The naturalist was a little bit quieter so it was nice to just observe and hear the whales coming in and out of the water. Our tour guide even chased someone away who was fishing illegally in the rain sanctuary and reported him to authorities. It was pretty cool.

Excellent and knowledgeable naturalists/deck hands (thanks, Molly, Jen, Sierra and Laura); Captain Joe put us in the perfect position to see - and smell and hear - the whales, dolphins, sealions and otters that we encountered. Couple that with clean, spacious and well equipped spaces both on open decks and under cover, made this tour an absolute highlight of a short trip to Victoria.

Had a wonderful experience with Capt Rod, Ciao, Nat, and Chrystelle. They were incredibly knowledgeable and delightful. The tour itself was fabulous as well.
