We booked the beer tour in English, which was confirmed on the ticket header, but down in the ticket details it said the guide would be providing the tour in Spanish. We called Viator to clarify the confusion and they did confirm the tour would be English. Lo and behold, once we showed up for the tour in person the guide Paul confirmed this was indeed a Spanish tour. This was a confusing situation all around, but to no fault of Paul obviously. We were about to leave but Paul, who spoke fluent French and English, proposed that we join the Spanish group anyways and that he would translate in English or French for us (we speak both). Paul saved the day. He took it upon himself to do the tour in two (sometimes three) languages, catering to the Spanish group first and then always coming to us for the English version. He went out of his way to make us feel included and energized, and smiled the whole way through. The tour itself included 3 stops in the core historic area of central Brussels and 4 beers that my wife and I shared. Paul was a genuine beer expert and we could really feel his passion. We learned a lot and had a good time.

Me gusta la cerveza, sobre todo en verano, pero con este tour, Carlos, nuestro guía, nos enseñó que la cerveza no es sólo para quitar la sed...madre mía! Qué cantidad de sabores, olores, colores, texturas...si visitas Bruselas no puedes dejar de hacer este tour y desde luego, Carlos es un gran guía en este tema y con mucho sentido de humor. Gracias por una tarde estupenda, Carlos.

Este tour sirve para aquellos que saben algo de cerveza y también para aquellos que no saben nada. Al principio dudé si tomarlo o no, porque no sabía si valía la pena todo el dinero, pero lo vale totalmente! Tomamos muuucha cerveza, el ambiente fue muy agradable, nuestro guía (Pablo) sabía muchísimo y respondía todas nuestras preguntas. Lo mejor es que conocimos 3 de los bares más reconocidos de Bruselas y probamos distintos tipos de cerveza. Recomiendo totalmente ese tour, muy buena experiencia.
