    Enjoyed the bus tour around the city for the highlights. The stop at Hero’s square and Buda Castle was a welcome time off the bus. My only point for improvement would be that you could not hear the guide.

    Was very informative, the tour guide knew what she was talking about. It felt very rushed , the guide was too fast for some people to keep.up, a little disorganised maybe because of the group size, 50 people.

    For the city tour portion, the driver George was nice but his van had a low ceiling. With 5 people crammed inside I had issues with temperature (hot) a/c could not be adjusted and windows could not be opened for some reason. I sat in the middle and couldn’t really see much or take pics. George drove us to most attractions and explained to us a lot about your history. I was able to take some nice pics when he stopped in few places and we were able to walk outside the van. He also explained to us that due ti the EEU summit most roads were blocked or closed so he couldn’t bring us or stop in certain places The Parliament Tour should have been sold separately . We had your representative buy us the tickets something we could have done ourselves and then they left. They were not involved in the tour inside since we had a parliament guide who was allocated to a much larger crowd. The Parliament did a great job explaining us the areas through a pre recorded audio guide
