    Skip the bus ride and get your own tickets to the parliament. The group was very large. The guide would start talking before everyone was gathered. Chaos and confusion trying to get everyone a ticket at the parliament. Guide was grouchy.

    Very hard to hear on the bus. Entirely missed Buda Castle. Super noisy fellow guests on our bus and we felt the tour guide should have shut them down. We love Budapest but this tour was not for our family of four. Maybe something different next time.

    This is a quality professional business. Tours are prompt and conducted with comfortable vehicles. The main office is a short walk from the parliament, which can be reached by tram and metro services. There a stunning small cafe near by, that an office staff person directed us to, as we were early. The guides however are the real stars. We had Mathias and Sylvia. Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and extremely helpful are but a few of superlatives that must be used. Toilet considerations along with ease of access was a high priority.
