The tour the guide gave me was good. However, he was supposed to pick up and drop off at my hotel. The tour was all walking except some travel on the metro. After the last stop of the tour, the guide told me he could not drop me at my hotel because he had another tour starting. He left me with instructions to walk and find the metro and directions for the metro. I had never been to Budapest and was unfamiliar with the city. I am a 70 year old woman traveling by herself. This was very upsetting. The guide did not mention a possibility of not dropping me at my hotel at the end of the tour. It was a complete surprise. The reason I booked this tour was because pickup and drop off at my hotel was included. Also, this tour was supposed to be for me and my friend. My friend can't walk alot, so I called Viator and asked how much walking was involved with this tour because it was not clear to me in the write up. I was told minimal. When the tour guide met us, he told us it was all walking. My friend could not do the tour and Viator would not refund the fee for my friend.
