You will have chance to enjoy not-well known Korean foods such as Stir-fried anchovies, braised Pollack, pan fried pollack, seasoned black bean, and cucumber kimchi etc. Tailored cooking class will be provided according to guest's request. Are you vegetarian? Don't worry. Vegetarian recipes will be provided for you. Many people are reluctant to cook because of the use of knives. There will be no chance to use a knife in our cooking class. All ingredients are prepared and provided in a good condition to cook, so you won't have a chance to use a knife during our class. Are you still satisfied with the cooking class where you only take pictures of the food? Do you want to enjoy your own food after cooking class? You'll make plenty of food to enjoy for two to three days. Of course, we also provide food containers to hold food. You will have chance to learn Authentic Korean cooking!!!

This is the perfect way to get to know Busan and Korean cuisine! Our guide/chef was infectiously friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to discuss culture - Korean or otherwise. The market tour was awesome. We went to several markets in Korea on our own, but its an entirely different experience having a local guide that knows it like the back of their hand. The market was very local, hardly any tourists. After we learned about dozens of vegetables and fishes, he took us to a cheap local spot for a quick snack of tteokbokki and Fried Fish cakes (a Busan classic). The cooking experience was lovely. He knew a wide variety of dishes and let us completely customize our class. He did a fantastic job focusing on the key parts of each recipe and showing how the various recipes / techniques relate to each other - something we never would have understood on our own. He also sent us all the recipes afterwards and went out of his way to help us find restaurants to visit and things to do in Busan - definitely get this man's recommendations! We enjoyed spending an evening with our guide. It was very relaxed and felt very friendly. You can tell he has a passion for cultural exchange and meeting new people.

M. Chang took great care of us. We first went to the market to buy ingredients and we had a taste at fishcakes there. Then we headed to the kitchen where we learnt to cook 2 side dishes and the pork and kimchi stew. M. Chang is very patient and willing to transfer his knowledge and love for Korean food. Brillant time !

This class was amazing. Busan Oppa our resident chef was very fun to cook with and was a riot to talk with. The market tour was great and we learned a couple of interesting facts. I would definitely recommend this class for anyone who is in Busan and enjoys cooking, or eating for that matter. Cannot recommend enough!
