Our driver was waiting for us and he handled the suitcases. We drove in a nice van and arrived safely to our destination. Very nice experience. Highly recommend and we will use Ballard tours again.

The service provided was efficient, professional and punctual. We received communication from the company before our arrival into Cabo, on where to meet the driver which was easy to figure out. No issues!
