The Private Car Service (Ballard Tour Service) from the Cabo San Lucas Airport to my resort a great experience. The drive was professional, easy to find at the airport, had ice cold beverages for the ride. The pickup from my resort to the airport was on time, the office communicated via app text and was on time. I highly recommend Ballard Tour Service for private car transfer.

Daniel was absolutely amazing. He greeted me outside with a sign displaying my name, and the SUV he was driving was immaculately clean. The entire experience was well worth it. Not to mention, there were plenty of complimentary beers and water throughout the ride to the resort. Do yourself a favor and book your ride with Daniel!

Horrible! First they book the trip and take my money. Luckily our flight was delayed and when I reached out to tell them they said oh we actually don’t go to your hotel. They said they would refund asap and did not. So I had to pay more for a taxi when I arrived.
