It is my second time visiting Cancun and both experiences have been excellent with the exception of the private transportation that was provided by Mexico Travel Solutions. We were scheduled to land at 5:25am but we landed a few minutes earlier. Our pick up should’ve been at 5:30. After we got our luggage we noticed nobody was outside waiting for us. At 5:45am my husband called them to confirm our pick up. My husband was told that someone should had been there. We ask the very few people that were there and we couldn’t find anyone from the company My husband called back at around 5:50 and he was told that someone would be on their way and that someone would be picking us up in 10 min which would’ve been 6:10-6:15. At that time were still standing at the terminal and we called the office several times and nobody answered the phone. We finally got picked up about an hour late with absolutely no explanation. I was willing to over look this hiccup until my return pick up. I was in contact with Tonatiuh Cruz who set up my pick up for 5 hours prior to my flight. I explained to him that it was too early to go to the airport as the hotel is 30 min from the airport and my flight was at 7:16am but he wanted to have someone pick me up at 2am. He said he would look into it but he actually ignored me for a few days until he texted me another contact. He provided me with Adalberto’s contact information who finally ended up helping me. The five days I spent in Cancun I had to worry about something related my airport transportation. I would suggest not using this company as it is not safe to be stranded in a place and not having reliable transportation and to top it off poor customer service.

I would never use this company again. I arrived late on a Saturday only to find out they had no private shuttles I had paid for. Then to find out they had no shuttles at all!!! Waited around the airport for over two hours while the staff kept attempting to get some answers. Finally, they were able to get me a group shuttle with another company. I was advised that I would receive a refund for the private shuttle that I order and that never happened. The company has stopped all communications with me since my trip. Caution: if you see this option on Expedia look the other way.

Transportes Cancún. .. encontré la página en face y me.comunique por messenger fueron puntuales en el viaje redondo. No deposite nada hasta que nos llevó al hotel realice pago de viaje redondo. Y para el regreso al aeropuerto fueron puntuales y amables. También me.comunique via telefónica y por whats y respondieron mis dudas.
