The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This was a blast! These little boats were so much fun and the snorkeling was great. This is a great deal!

There was a chance of rain at the time of our excursion the day prior when I was able to still cancel the excursion. I was told by Viator that the seller would provide a refund if the weather was bad so I took a chance. When we were supposed to leave our hotel, there was lightning in the area and thunderstorms predicted for the next 4-5 hours. The seller said it was just rain and did not cancel the excursion. The same excursion was provided at our resort as well, and they did not take the trip out that day because it was unsafe and it would have been a miserable trip.
This seller did not cancel the trip so he could keep our money and claims we were a no call no show although I had reached out to him and Viator about my concerns; disappointed in the service provided. Viator is no help, either.
I tried to save some money and it backfired. I would recommend you wait until you get to Cancun to book this excursion and you will have many options to get a fair deal with a reputable company..

If you were at the end, hopefully they look back and see that you’re missing if you fall behind because I got left and had to find my own way back
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
