We had a very disappointing experience with the valet parking service associated with Cancun Sailing. The individuals in the blue Cancun Sailing shirts caused visible damage to our car while it was under their care. When we returned and tried to discuss the issue, they were dismissive, unprofessional, and even made jokes at our expense. After significant effort — including returning the next day — we managed to get in contact with the manager. Unfortunately, he was unhelpful and minimized the damage, offering only 500 pesos for repairs that were professionally estimated at 2000 pesos. To add to the frustration, we were charged 400 pesos for the valet service itself — which makes their compensation offer even more unreasonable. The manager also failed to show up to an agreed meeting, further demonstrating a lack of accountability. This entire experience felt like a complete disregard for customer service and responsibility. It disrupted our holiday and left us with unnecessary stress and costs. If Cancun Sailing values its reputation and customer satisfaction, they should seriously reconsider their relationship with this valet parking operation — particularly the behavior and conduct of the staff in blue shirts. I cannot recommend this service based on our experience.

We had a large group of 16 so we rented the Khaya Catamaran for the day. Our crew led by Peter/Pedro, Antonio, and Erik really made the day. They did a great job showing us the island, keeping us safe, and making great drinks. The boat was so comfortable and nice and allowed for us to do a little of everything, sailing, snorkeling, beach lunch, quick trip into town on golf carts, etc. Would absolutely use them again.
