Peeesimo servicio, desde la llegada nos hicieron esperar 2 horas por "no tener la información de el vuelo" después nos citaron en el hotel y nos dejaron plantados, a la hora de regreso confirme la hora vía telefónica en 3 ocasiones y nos retrasaron la hora sin aviso alguno, arriesgando a perder el vuelo, si tienes tus tiempos establecidos no lo contrates!

ZERO STARS After our driver was over 45 minutes late, the texting services told us to take a taxi! If we didn’t have the incredible service at Estudio Playa Mujeres, we would’ve missed our flight. No one would call me, NONE of the phone numbers listed on their website worked. It was horribly stressful attempting to get to the airport for our international flight. AWFUL SERVICE!!!! If you want to get stuck in Mexico, with nothing more than a “figure it out” book with Nexus, otherwise I recommend ANY OTHER DRIVING SERVICE.

I made a reservation of a transfers from the Cancun airport to Puerto Aventuras through the Bestday website and they this company assigned Nexus as the provider of the service, when I asked Nexus agent at the airport for my transfers he called another agent from the same company his name is Luis Landa and he told me that my reservation was cancelled because I it didn't have the hotel name, when I tried to explain to him that Puerto Aventuras is a small subdivision, he told me that he was not going to provide the service, then I called a Bestday agent since I book this through their website, and he responde he responded rudely again, that he was not going to provide the service due to instructions received from his boss I ask him for a number to call and his answer was no service will be provided and he didn't want to neither help nor provide a number where to call and confess that the company was having problems with the transport service. Even though the lack of service they do not want to refund my payment. I strongly recommend to Avoid Nexus and Bestday, because they were not able offer a solution.
