The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

this is a shared transportation pick ups are 3 and a half our prior the flight time.
We will pick up passengers from different hotels and the pick up times will be provided one day before the departure date.
it is very important that the customers call a day before to our contact center to receive the pick up time.
the first pick up on the first hotel is at 9 am and the last pick up will be at 5 pm

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Will never use this transfer and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
I set up a round trip transfer from airport to hotel zone. My pick up at airport was at 10:00 when arrived no body was there to pick me up. I called Yamevi travel and they send someone right away. 5 minutes later someone greet me at the airport only to tell me that my pick up was changed to 11:00. Since it was a share transfer and i was the only one that arrived at 10:00 they said i had to wait for the next flight that comes in at 11:00. I call Viator and asked them what was going on. They call Yamevi and could not do anything for me. So I was stuck at the airport for an hour waiting for the next flight to arrived.
At pick up from the resort they call me up and wanted to charge me an extra $10 usa dollars to pick me up on a private van because they start until 8:00 am. I said no just pick me up at 8:00 am my flight was at 10:51 am. They insisted that I was not going to have enough time. I told them no again and to go ahead and schedule the pick up at 8:00 am, they worn happy about it. I received the confirmation via text and i reply ok and thanks. Later that day they call me back that my pick up was moved to 8:30 I told them the whole story about trying to charge me more to take a private van because I was not going to have enough time. She assure me that I was going to be the last pick up and would go straight to the airport. When they picked me up at 8:30 am we were going straight to the airport when suddenly he gets a call and turns around. When I asked what was going on he said that he has to go back and further away to pick up someone else. I told him that I didn't wanted to lose my flight so he called them and told them that time and traffic was going to be tight and didn't want to cause us to lose the flight. They didn't care and told the driver to continue to pick up the other customers. We heard the last call for our flight and thankfully they waited for us.
This company does not care about its customers at all they just care about our money.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
