This was a great experience. The open air market may not be for everyone but it really showed the diversity of fish, meat and produce available in the area. Our guide, Andres, was knowledgeable and entertaining.
The menu was tailored to our taste. You don't have to have octopus but we like it. Bette, the chef\instructor taught us how to prepare it so it was tender. The entire menu was incredible.
