From Marrakech: 3-day Tour To Desert Merzouga with Luxury Camp

I took this tour from July 21 to 25, and I can say that it was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences of my life. I was lucky to meet amazing people in my group — who made this trip a true memory forever — and the connections we created in just a few days were absolutely special and unexpected. As for the fate, Morocco surprised me in every way. It’s a country full of culture, colors, scents and stunning landscapes, with so many places to explore that you’ll want to come back right away. The Sahara desert was undoubtedly the most striking point: the vastness of the dunes, the absolute silence and the surreal beauty seemed to transport us directly to film scenes. The activities were the cherry on top of the cake of this adventure: camel riding, quadricycle riding between the dunes and experiencing sandboarding provided a total and unforgettable immersion. I couldn’t help but highlight Omar, our guide — a true jewel of Cover. From the very first moment he managed to unite the whole group, making us share incredible moments together and creating a contagious energy that made this journey even more special. We couldn’t have had a better guide: Omar took care of every detail, made sure we didn’t miss anything and always accompanied us with a smile. He explained a lot about Moroccan culture, gave us great advice on what to buy, where to buy, what we should pay attention to, and always did it genuinely and attentively. For me, Omar represented what I felt most in Morocco: people of a unique sympathy and hospitality, who welcome us with open arms, who make us feel remembered and valued, and who demonstrate a generosity I have never found in any other country I have traveled to. Without a doubt, he was the great reason why this experience will forever be recorded in the memory of all of us. If you have the opportunity to make this trip, and have Omar as your guide, you can be sure that you have been lucky! A trip that I highly recommend and that I would not mind repeating!

This experience will remain in my memory. From the beginning, the guide put us at ease with his smile and his caring approach. We discovered beautiful and surprising places, far from the classic courses. Each explanation was interesting, enriched by anecdotes that made the visit come alive. What struck me was the perfect balance between learning and relaxation. We really had time to enjoy and observe. This day allowed me to live an authentic moment, filled with discoveries and sharing.
