From Marrakech: 3-day Tour To Desert Merzouga with Luxury Camp

Awful food, super expensive aside 15 euros, for hard bread and eggs dipped in oil, The supplier has been writing to me almost demanding that I write a review, he even sent me a picture of a comment from another traveler giving bad reviews thinking it was me to claim, and I told him that when my vacation was over he would write, but today he wrote me again and insisted, I feel upset by the supplier, another bad point is that he says that the camp is luxurious, and the food was horrible, they sell you a boat of expensive water and apart you have to pay 10 euros per person to have weather in your room, back from the desert to leave we were put in the box of a pick up truck and the driver came super fast, without any security, the only good thing of the tour were the two guides that touched me, the supplier, accommodation, food was not to my liking

Spectacular guides, spectacular experience, Mood and fun out of the normal even excellent, no shadow of doubt that was well worth it.

A well-organized tour but full of things that are wrong. First we had booked the tour in English and found ourselves listening to the guide speaking Portuguese all the time. Second, we made many stops along the way to the desert and on the way back from it, many of these stops were real tourist traps, especially lunches with poor Quality of food at high prices. The hotel on the first night was of average low quality, while the one in the desert was much better organized. We suffered a lot from the heat, especially on the mini bus, the air conditioning did not work properly and did not cool. In addition there were many extra expenses that had not been specified, 300 dirhams each if you wanted to use the quads, 100 dirhams each to be able to use air conditioning in the desert (certainly necessary in August). All in all the experience was positive, the landscapes were spectacular and the places visited were many. The quad bike experience and the camel ride were beautiful and fun. Finally, the next two days the tour operator kept texting me asking me to change the review or delete it. This makes the experience drop from 2 to 1 star.
